The Mindfulness Blog is all about a very powerful tool that can be used daily to improve our well-being and outlook on life by accepting the thoughts we have, moving them on and in the process we learn to live ‘in the moment’.

Mindfulness has many uses in modern day life including reducing stress levels, targeting anxiety and depression and is used in dealing with chronic pain. Eastern civilizations have been using mindfulness for centuries however it has not long been recognized in Western society as a useful tool for promoting psychological well-being.

I was first introduced to Mindfulness at a chronic pain workshop that I was attending and to be honest I thought it was a load of, well you know what, but thankfully I had a good teacher and I soon realized what this method could do for me and I am now enjoying a much happier and almost stress-free life.

I urge you to take a look at the Mindfulness technique with an open mind and if you do I am sure you will be enjoying the benefits in no time at all!
