Ive tried holosync and found deep relaxation during the process. But i woke very confused and actually felt pretty angry afterwards. I persisted but unfortunately so did the stress.

Hi Jamie,
Yes, I do know of Holosync but I have not tried it personally. I believe that both Holosync and Holothink (confusing isn't it!) are based on the same principles of sounds and music that encourage certain brain wave activity.
I was a bit skeptical about forking out over $200.00 for the Holosync CD's and at the time I think the Holothink downloads were less than $30.00. After more than 18 months I still get great stress relief from the Holothink audio's, god knows we all need it!

Regards,
Craig

Hi Craig,

I was wondering if you know of Holosync? What is the difference between Holosync & Holothink? Have you ever tried Holosync?

Thanks,
Jamie
